Service Model

Early Intervention and Long-Term Support Across All Stages of Recovery

Our service model is designed to respond to the immediate needs of individuals, while also guiding them toward long-term solutions.

Service Model

Integrated. Community-based. Person-centered.

Our service model is designed to respond to the immediate needs of individuals, while also guiding them toward long-term solutions.

Core Pillars of Our Model:

🔹 Crisis Intervention
We address the moment of crisis by offering a safe, short-term place to sober up—avoiding arrest or hospital stays.

🔹 Peer Recovery Coaching
Clients connect with trained individuals who have lived experience. Peer coaches offer understanding, support, and guidance throughout the recovery process.

🔹 Collaborative Care
We partner with law enforcement, EMS, housing providers, and treatment centers to offer seamless referrals and wraparound support.

🔹 Follow-Up and Aftercare
Recovery doesn’t end when someone leaves our center. We check in, support next steps, and remain a resource for as long as we’re needed.

🔹 Low-Barrier Access
No insurance? No problem. Our services are designed to be accessible, no-cost, and judgment-free.
